University Vehicle Operators

Drivers must complete the following requirements to be eligible to operate university vehicles.

1. Obtain a valid drivers licence

2. Complete the Defensive Drivers training course

Visit the U Risk & Insurance Management's website to complete the Defensive Drivers training course. You must have a Driver ID# (typically UU ID#) to access the driver training videos and to drive a vehicle on University business. If you don't have a Driver ID#, contact Fleet Services at (801) 581-8155.

3. Fill out the Defensive Driving form
